The cleanliness was Amazing. Un happy with staff. Front desk would not allow me and my family to check in 40 min early even after being told our room was ready but weren’t allowed to check in early bc another guests room wasn’t ready and would not fair to let one check in early and not the other. We drove 5 hours to hurry and try to check in then try to rush to the wedding we were attending. They offered us there guest restroom to change in. Understandable. Maybe just don’t tell the guest their room is ready and they decline early check in moving forward to avoid guest complaints.

Angel at front desk went way and beyond customer service by getting me a room before my niece’s 2pm wedding at 12:15pm so I got there just in time to hear them say “I do”. Thanks a million Angel because those memories are precious! I will be back for watermark family reunion later this year.

Great location, friendly staff, breakfast was well maintained.

Front desk staff was super friendly. Angel was so helpful and had great customer service, at the time of schedule change the new clerk was also friendly, I did not get her name. She told me but I can’t remember.

Did not eat breakfast liked the fact that the frt desk clerk offered to put us on 1st floor due to having my 80 yr old dad who can't walk very far, so she gave us the room next to the side door/pool.
